The network can be geographically widely spread: Each BlipNode (Bluetooth Access Point) is connected to a central server through the internet (either wired or wireless).The solutions comprises of the following modules-
Campaign Manager:
The campaigns and its contents can be uploaded, defined and scheduled through the browser into our content management system. Real time statistics of all campaigns are provided at a detailed level:
- for a specific period of the campaign time
- to be a recurring message within the campaign period
- to be dependent on which other messages have been delivered (and the time interval after receiving the previous message)
- to be prioritized (so that some advertisers have higher priority than others)
- to be randomized (so that different advertisers gets a fair share of the bandwidth)
- in which zone(s) this message should be sent in
- to which user groups should receive this message
- to register a user receiving this message in a pre-defined user group
Zone Control:
Zones are organized in a hierarchical structure to enable control of BlipNodes ranging from just a small area to a much wider range. The operator can define zones structure and names based on their objectives for broadcasting content.
Zone Planning:
Based on detection statistics, zone planning can be done on the fly. Zone planning enables you to achieve automatic load sharing in a zone where broadcasting needs to be scaled up or down based on the simultaneous downloads within the same zone.
Device Recognition:
Complex algorithms for detecting mobile device types are updated on the systems regularly based on the new models being manufactured. This built-in phone capability functionality enables you to push optimal content (e.g. video, audio, java games, and calendar entries) to any phone by detecting the supported phone formats. This provides a truly valuable experience to the end-user.
Mobile Tracking:
This Queue and Flow modules provides statistical data about visitor movement patterns in a specific area over a time period. This makes it an ideal tool for capacity management and optimizing queuing and dwell time operations in general. The visitors have their Bluetooth in their discoverable mode thus tracking them and analyzing their movement patterns. These flow patterns are plotted based on historic and real time data.
